In January 2016, the first meetings of the project team “Banat sun 4 all” were held, Project manager-Sandra Bozic, Technical manager-Zoran Bozanic, Financial manager-Marina Kahrić-Lazic, PR Manager-Angel Vila, Financial Administrator- Biljana Maslic, Legal administrator-Ljiljana Vukolic. One meeting was held in Pancevo and one in Lugoj. At the meeting in Lugoj team members met with the tasks and objectives of the project and agreed in principle a timetable for implementation of activities defined in the project, in regards to to the shortening of the implementation period from 24 to 12 months. At the meeting in Pancevo the team formed a Joint Technical Committee composed of team members from both countries. The Committee which approves all decisions on the project.
