Today, in the presence of a Notary Public, a Contract was signed on alienation of unbuilt construction land on the Cadastre plot No 9416/27 of the Cadastre Municipality of Pančevo (10.8ha) between the City of Pančevo and the company „ZF E-Mobility SRB d.o.o.“ .
For the City of Pančevo the contract was signed by Mayor, Saša Pavlov, and for the German company „ZF Friedrichshafen AG“ the contract was signed by the manager of the company „ZF E-Mobility SRB d.o.o.“ , Mr. Milan Grujić. By signing of this contract, conditions have met for continuation of activities on obtaining a building permit for construction of the factory in the North Industrial Zone in Pančevo.
According to the planned dynamics, the ceremony of groundbreaking is expected on June 21, 2016. This German investment involves construction of production facilities of 25,000m2, 540 job openings and an investment of 85 million EUR.
